Play Out with Telford Theatre

We're very much looking forward to spending some time in Telford's lovely parks this summer, as Telford Theatre heads outdoors for entertainment in the elements!

 

 

Oddsocks will be rolling their pageant wagon into Bowring Park for some Shakespearian shenanigans on Sunday 7 July. If anyone can extract the comedy from calamity for Julius Caesar, these are the folks to call on!

Join us in Hartshill Park on Tuesday 20 August for a funny, exciting new family musical performed by the incomparable Illyria.
Hugh Lofting's timeless classic celebrates the power of empathy and inspires audiences young and old to see the world through the eyes of animals. The park is the perfect place for this delightful production.

It's a short cycle ride back to Bowring from Hartshill Park, and that's what we'll be doing on Friday 6 September, to welcome the HandleBards for a bicycle-powered production of The Comedy Of Errors. Mistaken identity, music and mirth abound in Shakespeare's classic comedy, and with the HandleBards' prodigious pedal-power there's plenty of fun to be had.
