Telford Theatre offers Ticket Protection administered by TicketPlan, this is not an insurance policy. For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, Ticket Protection enables you to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including per ticket commission) if you are unable to make it to your event for a number of specified unforeseen circumstances. Please see the link below for the full terms and conditions. Any refund applications will be administered by TicketPlan on behalf of Telford Theatre. To purchase simply:

1. Select the event you wish to attend and choose your seats
2. If ticket protection is available for this event the Ticket Protection page will appear with the correct number of tickets selected. Click ‘Add to basket’ followed by ‘Continue to basket’
3. Click ‘Checkout’ and complete your purchase

How do I make a refund application?

Visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form or write to TicketPlan at TicketPlan, Evolution House, New Garrison Road, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9BF in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.
