Please send a cheque made payable to Telford and Wrekin Council, and put your cheque guarantee card number and full postal address on the reverse of your cheque. £1.50 booking fee applies (per booking, not per ticket). Be sure to include details of the show, the date and time, and which seats you require ie, stalls or tiered seats. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and we can post your tickets to you.

Ticket Exchange (not applicable on one-off performances)
If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, we will exchange your tickets for another performance of the same event subject to availability. On single performances we cannot refund or exchange tickets. In the event of a sell-out show we will endeavour to sell returned tickets on your behalf. Tickets will not be refunded unless the show is cancelled.
The above ticket transactions will be subject to a £2 administration charge.
